Perfect for tea and coffee. If you enjoy working with dough, you'll truly appreciate this recipe. The dough rises beautifully, like a feather, and the resulting buns are simply amazing! You can even make a pie or buns from this dough—your choice. Shape any forms you like, as the dough is very pliable and easy to work with. If you have a bread machine, preparing the dough will be even easier and faster. To make the dough by hand: prepare a no-yeast starter dough using the same ingredients. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. This dough is also called "like fluff" because baked goods made from it are delicious and fluffy. The main secret is kefir and milk. I have a bread machine, so I prepared everything in it.

2. If you don't have a bread machine, don't despair. This dough is easy to make by hand. For those who have such equipment, it's even simpler: add the eggs, kefir, and milk to the bowl.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and close the lid, setting the "Dough" program. If you are preparing manually, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and kefir, add sugar and flour, knead the dough and leave it in a warm place.

4. When the dough has risen, it is ready for use. You can shape it into buns, rolls, fluffy pastries, and even pies.

5. Since we are making sweet buns, shape the dough into round buns and place them close to each other (I usually arrange them like a daisy). Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
