
Apple and caramel buns

Homemade baked goods for tea. I think many of you love buns. Of course, they aren't great for your figure, but sometimes it's nice to treat yourself to such a delicious snack. These buns turn out very moist and aromatic, with light and fluffy dough. The apple and caramel buns are sweet and melt in your mouth. Your family will love them—be sure to try making them at home. 1. Mix milk, vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sugar, and heat the mixture until slightly warm. Pour the warm milk over the yeast to activate it. Add 4 cups of flour and let the dough rise for 1 hour. Add the remaining flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Knead into a soft, fluffy dough.

3. Simmer the apples in a pan for 2-3 minutes until soft.

4. Remove the apples. In the same skillet, melt 100 grams of butter and add one cup of brown sugar.
