Cottage cheese buns in sour cream topping
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Tonight I decided to surprise my family with a very tender treat—namely, incredibly soft buns. Below I will describe the recipe. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Warm the milk. Add yeast, one teaspoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour to it. Stir and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

Soften the butter. Add it together with 100 ml of sour cream to the yeast mixture as soon as it rises. Also add salt and a tablespoon of sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour into the mixture. Knead the dough. Cover it and let it rest in a warm place, covered with a towel, for 40 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Now make the filling. Mix the cottage cheese with the egg and 100 g of sugar into a uniform mixture.
- 5
Step 5

Roll out the dough into a rectangle 1 cm thick once it has doubled in size.
- 6
Step 6

Evenly distribute the filling over the dough, roll it up into a log. Cut it into pieces.
- 7
Step 7

Lightly grease the baking pan with butter. Place the swirls on it and let them rest for half an hour.
- 8
Step 8

Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

At the end, make the glaze. Mix the remaining sour cream with a tablespoon of sugar. Brush it over the still-warm buns.
