Description
Here is a rather original version; the pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. To prepare the starter, mix about 50 grams of sugar, yeast, and warm milk.
- 2
Step 2

2. Leave in a warm place for the yeast to start "working".
- 3
Step 3

3. Melt the butter.
- 4
Step 4

4. Combine the eggs with the remaining sugar and beat.
- 5
Step 5

5. Add salt, a little vanilla extract, butter, and beat until smooth. Add the sponge to the bowl and mix well.
- 6
Step 6

6. Now it's time to add the sifted flour. Knead the dough thoroughly. Then transfer it to a bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place.
- 7
Step 7

7. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese and sugar to taste. Add vanilla extract.
- 8
Step 8

8. Add the egg and mix everything thoroughly.
- 9
Step 9

9. Pre-wash the raisins or pour over with hot water. Then dry thoroughly and add to the cottage cheese. The filling is ready.
- 10
Step 10

10. When the dough has risen, divide it into two equal parts.
- 11
Step 11

11. Roll out on a floured surface.
- 12
Step 12

12. Roll out the second layer in the same way. Prepare two glasses (or cookie cutters) of different sizes.
- 13
Step 13

13. Place this layer on top of the first one.
- 14
Step 14

14. Carefully cut out smaller circles from the top layer and remove them.
- 15
Step 15

15. Now cut the buns into larger circles.
- 16
Step 16

16. These are the preparations obtained.
- 17
Step 17

17. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 18
Step 18

18. Fill the buns with the filling and brush them with beaten egg. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- 19
Step 19

19. Bake the buns at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
