Pudding-filled buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Making buns with pudding will require some skill. Rub the yeast with sugar in warm water and let it rise slightly. Meanwhile, prepare the pudding in hot milk. For the dough, bring a glass of milk to a boil with butter, salt, and sugar, then cool until lukewarm and mix with flour, the yeast starter, and beaten eggs. Knead the dough, let it rise, then roll it out into a flat sheet. Spread the pudding over the dough, then fold the edges of the dough over the filling. Bake the buns until done. Serve cooled.
