Buns with filling
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can make these yeast buns with absolutely any filling you prefer. Homemade thick jam, nuts with fruits, or, as in this case, apples—all work wonderfully. I highly recommend trying to make these buns in your own kitchen; they're really great.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Combine sugar with yeast.
- 2
Step 2

2. Pour in warm (but not hot!) milk. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

3. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Combine the butter with the eggs, and add a pinch of salt.

Step 4

4. Pour into the yeast, then add the sifted flour.
- 5
Step 5

5. Knead the dough, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour and a half.
- 6
Step 6

6. Meanwhile, I'd like to explain how to make the apple filling. Peel the apples, remove the cores, cut them into small cubes, and place them in a deep-sided frying pan. Add sugar to taste (you can also add vanilla).
- 7
Step 7

7. Place over heat. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon for flavor. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the apples become soft.
- 8
Step 8

8. At the end, to enhance the flavor, you can add lemon juice. That's it, the filling is ready. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- 9
Step 9

9. By this time, the dough should have risen.
- 10
Step 10

10. Pinch off a piece of dough, roll it out slightly, and place the filling in the center.
- 11
Step 11

11. Carefully seal the edges.
- 12
Step 12

12. And shape the buns.
- 13
Step 13

13. Place them on a baking sheet. Beat the yolk with a small amount of milk and brush the buns. Put into a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
- 14
Step 14

14. Bake for about 20-25 minutes (until golden brown).
