Cinnamon and raisin buns
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. These simple and tasty buns are a hit. I'll describe the filling ingredients, but feel free to adjust them to your taste. Some prefer more cinnamon in their buns, others more raisins :) Either way, the dough turns out soft and delicious. The glaze also pairs wonderfully with the cinnamon flavor. Give it a try. Cinnamon and raisin buns are something your entire family will love :) Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

First, mix the yeast with 1/3 of the flour and set aside. In a saucepan, combine milk (300 ml), butter, and salt, stirring until everything dissolves. Then add the egg and flour to the saucepan. Pour in the yeast mixture with flour and beat everything thoroughly! If you have a mixer, use it. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for one to one and a half hours.

Step 2

Sprinkle the countertop with flour and roll out the dough on it to form a large pancake about 0.5 cm thick.

Step 3

First, brush the dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, and finally top with raisins.

Step 4

Then cut the dough into long strips (thickness at your discretion) and roll them into buns. Let the buns sit raw for 10 minutes so the dough can absorb the filling. Then bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25–30 minutes.

Step 5

Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream, whip, and drizzle the glaze over the ready-made buns. Just a little bit :) Your buns are ready!
