Description

The baked goods are easy and quick to make. From the amount of ingredients listed, I got two trays of buns, so I baked them in two batches. Be sure to try making the buns using this recipe and treat your loved ones to delicious baked goods. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    The dough should be soft and should not stick to your fingers. If necessary, adjust the amount of flour yourself, guided by the final consistency of the dough. Shape the dough into a ball in the bowl, cover the bowl with a kitchen towel, and leave it like this for one hour to rise.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place all the shaped pieces for the buns slightly apart from one another; brush each bun with beaten egg yolk. Bake the buns in an oven already preheated to 180 degrees for about 20–25 minutes.
