   In a deep bowl, sift the flour, add salt and yeast. Pour in warm water.

   Mix thoroughly and knead the dough.

   Add the fennel seeds, knead the dough, and leave it on the table for about 30 minutes to rise.

   Divide the dough into 10 small pieces and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
