Buns with minced meat baked in the oven
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. You can use any kind of minced meat (chicken, beef, pork, or a mixture). To prevent it from being too dry, I cook the meat with red wine, which also gives it a rich and slightly tangy flavor. You can add vegetables (such as onion and carrot, pepper and tomato), but this time I'm making it with just meat. I use ready-made yeast-raised puff pastry. Serve with tea or coffee.
