Buns made from yeast dough

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. These yeast dough "roses" are perfect with tea or coffee. They look very beautiful and appetizing, and stay fresh for several days—though they've only lasted that long once; usually, they're gone on the first day. You can make the dough for the buns yourself or buy ready-made. I prefer the first option, especially since I already have all the ingredients. Serve them warm or chilled. They're perfect with tea.
