
Brine Buns
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The buns are easy and simple to make. Even a beginner cook can handle them. Follow the recipe, and the result will make you happy. They can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the warm brine, yeast, 1/2 cup of flour, and 1 tbsp of sugar. Stir, cover with a towel, and leave for 15 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, stir the yeast mixture, add 1 tbsp of sugar, salt, flour, and vegetable oil.

Knead a soft, pliable dough that does not stick to your hands. Shape it into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with a towel, and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour 15 minutes to rise.

After the time has elapsed, the dough will have noticeably increased in size. Punch it down and transfer it to the table.

Divide the dough into 8–9 parts. Roll into balls.

Take a piece of prepared dough and roll it out into a flat cake. Sprinkle a couple of pinches of grated cheese on top.

Roll the flatbread with cheese into a small roll.

Secure the seam well and gently roll it, slightly elongating the little roll.

Join the edges into a roll, thereby forming a round bun.

Transfer the prepared buns to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes to rise. Then place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20–25 minutes.
