
Buns made with fresh yeast
Description
Here's a great idea, the baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

1. Slightly warm the milk and add a couple of spoons of sugar.

2. Crumble the yeast into the same mixture and let it sit for 10–15 minutes, allowing the yeast to start "working".

3. Rub the softened butter with sugar.

4. For flavor, add a pinch of vanilla sugar and cardamom.

5. Combine the butter with milk and flour. Knead into a smooth dough.

6. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. Then punch it down and let it rise once more.

7. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Place blueberries or any other fresh or thawed berries on top. Carefully roll it up into a log.

8. Cut into small pieces with a sharp knife and place the buns on a greased baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30–40 minutes. Beat an egg and brush the buns on top. Place in the preheated oven.

9. Bake until golden brown at a temperature of 200 degrees.

10. Let the finished buns cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
