Yeast buns
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. If you have time and desire, be sure to prepare yeast buns for your family. They are especially tasty while still warm. Serve them with butter or jam, or as bread alongside main dishes. To check if the baking is done, serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Sift the high-grade wheat flour several times through a sieve into a clean and dry bowl. Mix it with salt.
- 2
Step 2

Add sugar and dry yeast to the flour with salt. The yeast can be instant or regular.
- 3
Step 3

Take the butter out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature until softened. Then add the butter to the dry ingredients in the bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Using a blender, turn all the ingredients into a uniform fine crumb. If you don't have a blender, you can do this by hand, although it will take more time.
- 5
Step 5

Slightly warm the milk and pour it into the bowl with the other ingredients.
- 6
Step 6

Knead a soft and pliable dough. Place it in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour and a half.
- 7
Step 7

When the dough has risen, divide it into twenty equal parts, roll them into buns, and place them in a baking dish. Melt the butter and brush it over the buns. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for fifteen minutes.
