Warm the milk until it is slightly warm. Then add the yeast and one spoon of sugar to it. Mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, mix the sifted premium flour with salt and sugar, then add pieces of cold butter to these ingredients.

Using a blender or by hand, turn all the contents of the bowl into a uniform fine crumb.

Put raw chicken eggs into a bowl, beat them with a whisk or fork. Pour the egg mixture into the oil-flour mixture.
