Apple pastries from puff pastry
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. For example, you can use honey or any jam instead of peach jam—your imagination is the only limit. I'm sure you'll love this recipe. Making such desserts is pure pleasure. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the apples. Remove the cores. Cut them in half and slice into thin wedges. The wedges should be thin but not crumbly.
- 2
Step 2

Pour 2 cups of water into a microwave-safe dish. Squeeze lemon juice into it. Place the apples into the water with juice to prevent oxidation and discoloration. Put the dish with apples in the microwave for about 3 minutes: we need the apples to become soft.

Step 3

In a separate container, mix the jam with 2 tablespoons of water. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture. Cut the dough into strips. Spread jam on each strip of dough.

Step 4

Place the apples on a strip of dough. The apples should be arranged overlapping each other. Then carefully fold the lower part of the dough over the apples.
- 5
Step 5

Very carefully roll the dough into a little rose.
- 6
Step 6

It's more convenient to bake the buns in a baking pan. Place them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, cooking time is about 40 minutes.

Step 7

After the buns are ready, you can sprinkle them with cinnamon and powdered sugar using a sieve. Apple-filled puff pastry buns are ready.
