Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Dissolve the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in warm milk and let sit for 15 minutes until a foamy layer forms. Melt the butter (30g).

Sift the flour into a bowl, add melted butter, risen yeast, egg, salt, and sugar. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 30x40 cm. Brush with melted butter.
