Flower Buns
Description
Homemade baking for tea. If you are familiar with yeast dough, making flower‑shaped buns will not be difficult. Of course, it will take a fair amount of time, as with any yeasted pastry. Overall, the recipe is simple and classic. If you want small buns, cut circles from the dough with a shot glass. And if you want larger ones, use a cup. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
