
Raisin bun
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. These delicious buns can be served right after baking or when cooled down. They taste great with butter and a cup of coffee, making an excellent breakfast or snack. You can add vanilla, cinnamon, or other aromatic spices, and soak the raisins in alcohol beforehand. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Warm the milk, then dissolve the honey and butter in it, and leave the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Put flour into a bowl, then add dry yeast and salt. To the cooled mixture of milk, butter, and honey, add the egg and mix.

Combine the ingredients from the previous steps, add the raisins, and knead the dough by hand or using a mixer.

Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, place the dough in it, cover with a towel, and let it sit for 1.5–2 hours.

After the required time, divide the dough into 8-10 pieces, then shape the buns into the desired form.

Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
