Description
These wonderful buns can be served with soup or other main dishes, or used as a base for burgers, for example. Light and tender, they literally melt in your mouth. This recipe is about that. Can be served with tea or coffee.

1. If you let the machine handle the process, kneading the dough becomes a real pleasure. Put all the ingredients into a deep bowl.

3. If necessary, you can add a little more water or flour during the process. When the dough is ready, leave it to rise in a warm place.

4. After that, pinch off small pieces of dough and shape each into a round bun. They can be of different sizes, depending on how and with what you plan to serve them.

5. Traditionally, Brioche were baked in groups of 6 pieces together and then separated before serving. However, in fact, they can even be baked in molds—the taste will remain unchanged.

6. Beat the yolk and, if desired, add a little melted butter. Brush the surface of the buns with a pastry brush.

7. If desired, sprinkle the tops with flaxseeds, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds, for example. Place the buns in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
