Puff pastry buns
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Buns made from puff pastry are one of the fastest baked goods you can make for morning coffee or unexpected guests. You can use any nuts you like: walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and others. You can eat the buns right after baking, but be careful—they're very hot. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1

1. Thaw the puff pastry in advance, dust the work surface with powdered sugar, and unfold the dough into 2 layers, rolling each one out slightly (just a little). Brush both layers with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped walnuts.

Step 2

2. Fold two sides of one layer towards the center.

Step 3

3. Use a sharp knife to cut each layer into small pieces. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper, spaced slightly apart from each other.

Step 4

4. Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. I recommend checking the baking after 10 minutes.

Step 5

5. Transfer the hot buns to a plate and enjoy them.
