Bulgur with meat
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Instead of apricots, you can use raisins or prunes, and spices can be chosen according to your preference. I used skinless and boneless chicken thighs. The apricots' sweetness and pilaf seasoning give this dish a special touch. If you enjoy hearty and delicious one-pan meals, make sure to save this recipe. The dish is ready to serve.
