
Pork roast boiled in a bag
Description
This simple recipe for boiled pork in a bag is perfect even for a child's diet. The meat turns out very tender, aromatic, and delicious. Thanks to a variety of spices, you can make the pork roast spicy, fragrant, or salty.

1. Peel the garlic, cut half of it into 2–4 pieces, depending on size, and press or grate the other half. If desired, you can also add carrot to the recipe for boiled pork roast prepared in a bag.

2. Combine salt, pepper, spices to taste, and minced garlic in a small bowl and mix thoroughly (it's best to crush them together in a mortar). Wash the meat, pat dry, and rub the spice mixture all over its surface. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours (or preferably overnight, if desired).

3. Place the marinated pork into an ordinary plastic bag. Carefully seal it and remove all the air (you can make a small hole with a needle). Tie it with a string or a baking bag clip. Put it into a second bag, which should also be tied, and then into a third one. This is done for reliability, to prevent meat juices from leaking and to ensure the meat cooks evenly.

4. Choose a pot of appropriate size and place the pork inside. Pour in cold water so that it covers the meat, then place on the stove. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 1.5–2 hours, depending on the size of the piece and the type of meat.

5. When the pork roast, cooked at home in a bag, is ready, carefully cut the bag to release the steam. Slice the meat into portion pieces and serve with vegetables, side dishes, or sauce.
