
Roast Pork in a Ham Maker

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the pork. Pat dry with a paper towel. Rub with spices and salt on all sides. Place in a bowl.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 8 hours to marinate.

After the time has elapsed, prepare the ham mold. Place a plastic bag and an oven bag inside. The edges of the bags should hang out of the ham mold.

Transfer the meat to a ham mold. Pack it down as firmly as possible, especially if you have several pieces of meat. Firm packing is very important so that the buzhenina does not fall apart when sliced later.

Take a large pot. Line the bottom with cloth. Place the ham mold on its side and pour in water so that the ham mold is completely covered with liquid. Set over medium heat, bring to a boil, and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the heat and drain the water.
