Pork roast in pastry

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I've slightly simplified this recipe for preparing pork roast in pastry by using pre-made frozen dough. You can either buy it or make it yourself and then freeze it. For this dish, plain dough made from water and flour works best, but you can experiment with yeast or puff pastry as well—feel free! Serve hot.
