Pour vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of water, all spices, and salt into the bowl. Mix well.

Place the meat into the prepared mixture. Rub it on all sides. Let it marinate in a bowl for 8 hours in the refrigerator.

Prepare the garlic. Peel and cut each clove into 3 pieces.
