Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take a piece of pork and wash it thoroughly. Choose spices to taste.
- 2
Step 2

Mix all the spices (I use coriander, oregano, thyme, pepper), salt, and bay leaf.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the garlic and separate it into cloves. Using a thin knife, make incisions halfway through the thickness of the meat and insert pieces of garlic into them. The more garlic, the better.

Step 4

Rub the meat on all sides with a mixture of salt and spices, then let it marinate for three to four hours in a cold place. Then pour dark beer over the meat, making sure it completely covers the piece, and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 5

In the morning, drain the marinade and pat the meat dry with a paper towel. Wrap the meat in foil. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours. At the end of baking, unwrap the foil and let the roast brown.

Step 6

Cut the ready roast pork into pieces and serve with herbs and vegetables.
