Pork roast in foil in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For making this delicious roast, you can use any meat; I used pork, as it seemed the juiciest to me. You can slightly modify the recipe for foil-roasted meat in a multicooker by adding carrots along with the garlic, though this is a matter of personal preference. The meat goes very well with various sauces and mustard. Cook and enjoy! Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash and peel the garlic.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the meat and let it dry. Then make cuts in the meat and insert garlic into them.
- 3
Step 3

Rub the spiced meat with salt and spices. Place in a container and refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
- 4
Step 4

On the multicooker, set the "Frying" mode. Fry the meat on all sides until a golden crust forms and all pores are sealed.
- 5
Step 5

Place the fried meat on foil. Wrap it up, making sure there are no holes; the foil should tightly seal the meat. Pour a glass of water into the multicooker and set the "Stewing" mode for 50 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the foil, let the roast beef cool slightly, and slice it into pieces.
