
Pork roast in an air fryer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any meat for this air fryer roast recipe (in this case, roe deer leg is used). Spices can be complemented with hot sauce, mustard, and vegetables to taste. Serve hot.

1. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, meat spices (pre-made blends or your favorites). Optionally, add 1-2 bay leaves. Add olive oil and mix thoroughly.

2. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press (or grate it on a grater), then add it to the spices. If desired, you can use a smaller amount of garlic in the recipe for roast pork in an air fryer. Let the prepared marinade sit for 10–15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the carrots and the second half of the garlic. Peel and wash the carrots, then cut them into thin strips; slice the garlic into halves.

4. Wash the piece of meat, dry it, and make small cuts across the entire surface with a knife. Rub spices on all sides.

5. Fill the resulting holes with garlic and carrots.

6. Place the stuffed meat onto a sheet of foil and wrap it tightly so that the juices do not leak out. Put the meat on the grill rack and roast in the air fryer for 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the size of the piece.

7. When the roast in the air fryer is ready, it's best to leave it wrapped in foil for another 20 minutes, then unwrap and serve.
