Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's advisable to marinate the pork loin beforehand in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and your favorite paprika-based seasoning, which will give the finished dish an attractive color. Serve hot.

    Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the pork and dry it with paper towels. Peel the carrots and garlic, then wash and dry them.

    Transfer the pork loin to a deep bowl, add meat seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, pour in vegetable oil, vinegar, and soy sauce.

    Rub the pork with marinade and spices on all sides, let it sit for about 30 minutes.

    Cut the carrots into thin julienne strips, and slice the garlic in half. Make long incisions in the pork loin with a thin-bladed knife, and stuff the vegetables into the meat along the grain.
