
Pork Loin with Mushrooms

Perfect with meals and drinks. Make this pork roast with mushrooms and it will be the hit of any holiday table. This dish is best made from pork neck. The roast turns out juicy and tender. Button mushrooms can be replaced with other mushrooms. Aromatic, delicious meat—a wonderful appetizer.

Prepare the ingredients for making baked pork with mushrooms.

Prepare the filling for the boiled pork. Clean the mushrooms and chop them finely. Place them in a frying pan.

Add finely chopped onion.

Pour in sunflower oil and fry the onions with mushrooms until done, stirring.

Transfer the fried mushrooms with onion to a bowl. Add the chopped parsley.

Cut the loaf, bread, or roll into small cubes. Add to a bowl. Finely chop the garlic and add to the filling. My loaf was made from dark and light dough.

Season the stuffing for the pork roast to taste and mix.

Wash the pork neck and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat so that you get a flat piece.

Lightly pound the meat.

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Spread the filling.

Roll the pork with the filling into a roulade. Season the outside with salt and pepper. Tie with kitchen twine or string.

Place in a roasting bag or oven bag.

Bake the pork roast in an oven preheated to 190–200°C for 60–70 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool thoroughly.
