
Pork roast (simple recipe)
Description

Rinse the meat, pat it dry, tie it with kitchen twine, and sear in a pan until golden brown.

Place the meat on a baking sheet, add wine and orange juice, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Add the spices, mustard, and lemon zest. Mix everything until smooth.

Remove the meat from the oven and coat it with the prepared sauce. Return to the oven for 7–10 minutes, until the meat is browned.

Watch carefully, as the sugar browns very quickly and gives a beautiful golden crust. Be sure to remove the cooking twine before serving.
