Place the piece of pork and shake well, massage thoroughly. Then refrigerate for several hours to marinate.

Place the pork in a baking dish, fat side up.

Bake at 120-150 degrees Celsius for 3-5 hours. About 30 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil, baste with the accumulated juices, and continue baking uncovered. The internal temperature of the meat should be at least 70 degrees.
