1. First, wash the piece of pork and dry it with a paper towel. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add 1 peeled garlic clove. Sear over high heat on both sides until a crust forms, to seal in the meat juices.

2. While the meat is frying, you can prepare the vegetables. The recipe for stir-fried pork includes one onion (peeled, but not cut), peeled and halved garlic cloves, and some green onions. Another ingredient in this recipe is ginger root. It should be peeled and cut into large pieces. Add the peeled vegetables (except the onion) to the skillet and fry together with the meat for 3–4 minutes.

3. Since the piece of meat is quite large, in order for it to cook properly, you need to use water brought to a boil in a large pot.

4. Salt and pepper the meat. The pork roast can be supplemented with any spices and seasonings for meat to taste. Then carefully transfer the pork from the skillet to a saucepan together with the vegetables and add the onion. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to minimum.

5. It is not necessary to add water during cooking, as it will evaporate while the meat is braising. The finished pork roast will be juicy inside and have an appetizing crust. If the meat piece doesn't fit well in the pot, it's better to cut it beforehand, before searing. Let the roast cool, then serve with any side dish or sauce, or use it as an ingredient in salads.
