Veal Roast in a Slow Cooker

This recipe won't take much time. We'll make veal buzhenina in a slow cooker. For this you'll need: a piece of veal weighing 1–2 kilograms, a set of herbs and spices, garlic, soy sauce, and sunflower oil. The buzhenina turns out very tender and juicy—perfect for sandwiches or simply as sliced meat for a feast. Good luck. It can be served warm or chilled.
