Pork Roast in a Multicooker

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Pork roast is traditionally made from pork, but with this recipe you can also use beef, veal, or lamb. Add and adjust the spices to your taste. It will be delicious. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

   1. Wash the meat and pat it dry.

   2. Make small slits in the meat and insert sliced garlic cloves into them.

   3. Salt and generously sprinkle with your favorite spices. I used khmeli-suneli, chili pepper, and ground thyme.

   4. Wrap the meat in parchment. Cook in the multicooker on the "Baking" setting for 2 hours.
