Pork roast ham
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I like this pork roast recipe for its simplicity—you can see for yourself, besides meat and spices, you won't need to add anything else or run around the house searching for a "peacock feather." How to make pork roast: 1. Take a whole piece of pork. It's best to choose meat "with streaks and fat." 2. Rub salt and spices thoroughly on all sides. I usually use a ready-made Italian spice mix. 3. Lightly spray the pork with oil, then wrap it in baking paper or foil (your preference), remembering to place a sprig of rosemary on top. Although, of course, you can do without it entirely. 4. Pour a tablespoon of oil onto a baking tray or into a baking dish, then place the prepared roast on top. 5. Set the timer for 20 minutes, then flip the roast to the other side. 6. Wait another 20 minutes, take it out, and drizzle with the remaining oil. Return it to the oven for another 20 minutes. Done! You can check if it's fully cooked by slicing into the roast. I hope you enjoy this simple pork roast recipe. The finished dish is ready to be served.
