
Turkey roast in a bag
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make the roast pork juicy and flavorful, red wine is added during baking. However, you can confidently replace it with beer or kvass. You can also use spices to your taste. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Prepare the garlic. Peel and cut into large pieces.

In a bowl, mix the spices, salt, and vegetable oil. Stir well until the mixture becomes uniform.

Wash the turkey fillet and dry it with a paper towel. Make holes with a knife. Insert sliced garlic into the holes.

Generously grease with butter and spices.

Take food-grade string. Tie the fillet so that it holds its shape well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.

After the time has elapsed, remove the marinated fillet from the refrigerator. Let it sit for a while until it reaches room temperature. Then transfer it into a roasting bag, pour in the wine, and tie the bag closed. Turn the bag several times to ensure the fillet is coated with wine on all sides.

Transfer the turkey fillet in the baking bag to a baking dish. Place in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 170°C and continue baking for another 25 minutes.

Remove the ready roast from the oven. Cut open the roasting bag and let it cool at room temperature. Then take it out of the bag and put it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2 hours. After that, it can be served.
