Beef roast in a multicooker
Description
Depending on the power of your multicooker, the time indicated in my recipe may vary. Therefore, I recommend monitoring the entire process in person, at least the first time. Below is a step-by-step instruction for preparing beef boiled meat in a multicooker. Have a nice day!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Make cuts in the beef. Insert garlic and strips of carrot into the openings.
- 2
Step 2

Rub the meat with a mixture of vegetable oil, salt, mustard, and spices. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Grease the bottom of the multicooker with vegetable oil. Then place the meat in the bowl and set the "Frying" mode for 1 hour. After an hour, set the "Stewing" mode for one and a half hours. The meat should release its juice.

Step 4

If the meat is tender and releases juice, it's done. If the juice is red or pink, turn the meat over and simmer for another half hour.
