Prepare the necessary ingredients. It's best to use beef shoulder or rear part. Remove the membranes and tendons from the meat, wash it, and thoroughly dry with paper towels.

Rub the beef with spices and oil on all sides, then set aside for about 30 minutes to let it absorb the flavors.

Fold the foil into two layers, place the beef on it.

Tightly wrap the meat in foil, transfer it to any suitable baking dish, and pour a little water into the bottom. Place the meat in a preheated oven at 190°C for 1 hour. Then reduce the temperature to 170°C and continue baking for another hour.

Let the beef cool down completely while still wrapped in the foil, then place it in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled.
