Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To prevent the meat from becoming dry, do not bake it at a high temperature, and always let it cool in the foil without opening it. If desired, you can stuff the beef with garlic, spices, and carrots. Serve the finished dish.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. For roasting, buy a piece of beef with a small amount of fat.

    Pour the soy sauce into a deep container. Rinse the beef under water, trim off any tendons or membranes if present. Dry with paper towels and season with salt and ground black pepper. Spread half of the mustard over the meat, place it into the soy sauce, and let marinate for at least 1 hour.

    Then transfer the meat to foil and spread the remaining mustard on top. Preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees and wrap the meat tightly in foil, making sure there are no openings for steam to escape. Place the foil packet onto a baking sheet and bake for about 1-1.5 hours.

    Carefully remove the foil from the oven and let the meat cool without opening the foil. Then remove the foil.
