Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add flour and sugar. Next, add egg, oil, and salt. Knead the dough using the ingredients. Once ready, cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for about three hours, punching it down twice during this time. Grate the pumpkin and mix it into the risen dough, stir well, and let it rise again. Shape the dough into balls, roll them out, then make a small hole in the center of each using a cutter. Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them rise for some time. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Serve warm or cooled. Ideal with tea.
