Prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can use any kind of minced meat. Choose non-sweet bagels, the so-called "school" type; the size of the bagel does not matter.

Place the bagels into a deep container and pour milk over them until they are completely covered. Of course, the bagels will float, but you need to stir them periodically so they absorb the milk well. Let them sit for 30–40 minutes.

Add half a finely chopped onion to the ready-made minced meat (I used pork and beef mix), you can also add a clove of garlic for aroma, as well as salt, black ground pepper, and sour cream. Mix the mince well.

Take a convenient large baking sheet. Grease it with vegetable oil and place the soaked bagels in an even layer.

Fill each bagel with a ball of stuffing. Press the stuffing slightly into the center. Place the stuffed bagels in a preheated oven for 15 minutes (baking temperature—180 degrees).
