
Feta dumplings

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, wash and dry them. Grate the potatoes on the finest grater. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and add the chicken egg.

Put the wheat flour into a bowl, add salt and pepper.

Place the dough on a cutting board and prepare a knife. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, then cut small pieces of dough directly from the board into the pot, periodically moistening the knife in boiling water.
