
Lingonberry with sugar for winter
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Lingonberries, thanks to their slightly bitter taste, require a fairly large amount of sugar, but such preserves can also be stored for quite a long time, supplying you with vitamins throughout the winter. So don't be lazy and try this simple lingonberry-with-sugar recipe for winter. Jars can be stored for up to a year in a cool place.

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the berries thoroughly several times in clean water.

Puree the berries in a blender or grind them through a meat grinder.
