Cranberry cake with white chocolate
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This is an absolutely amazing recipe for lingonberry cake with white chocolate! I actually simplified it a bit. The original version involved baking a large brown cake, cutting it into pieces, and spreading them with a white mixture. But this way is just as delicious, yet much easier! I highly recommend it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
