Lingonberry Tart
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I found this simple lingonberry tart recipe in a magazine. There was significantly more sugar in the original version, but I used less and didn't regret it. The baked tart turned out tender and light. However, if you prefer sweeter desserts, feel free to add more sugar. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Mix the flour, slightly softened butter, sugar, and egg. Quickly chop with a knife, knead the dough, and put it in the freezer. The principle is the same as for "Napoleon" pastry—faster is better.

Step 2

2. Roll out the slightly chilled dough to fit the pan, forming edges. Prick with a fork in several places and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Let it cool slightly, then sprinkle with berries and sugar.

Step 3

3. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar into a thick foam. Brush the top of the pie with it and bake for another 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Step 4

4. Cool and serve!
