Bruschetta in the Air Fryer

20 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Perfect for the table and with drinks. For the bruschetta, buy salmon that is already lightly salted, or salt it in advance, removing the bones and skin. If desired, you can spread the toasted bread slices with soft cream cheese or processed cheese—the appetizer will taste even better. Prepare it just before serving so the bread base does not get soggy. Garnish with fresh dill, parsley, lettuce leaves, etc. It can be served warm or chilled.
