
Bruschetta with salad
Description
It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. Caesar bruschetta can be served as an appetizer or a salad. It’s a great option for a holiday or a buffet. Do you prefer Caesar with shrimp or chicken? Either one pairs beautifully with bruschetta. Serve a glass of good wine with this salad. Enjoy! It can be served warm or chilled.

Step 1
Slice the baguette into slices. Mix the olive oil (set aside 2 tablespoons) with a minced clove of garlic. Brush each piece of bread with the garlic oil.

Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 15 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Cut the roasted chicken into pieces. Add chopped anchovies, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, sauce, salt and pepper, milk, grated Parmesan (reserve some for garnish), shredded cabbage, and almonds.

Spread a little salad on each piece of bread and garnish with a thin slice of Parmesan. Serve the bruschetta immediately so it does not get soggy.
