Bruschetta with Tomatoes
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Tomato bruschetta is a light standalone appetizer that works both as an appetizer and as a “dish” to pair with light alcoholic drinks. Note that this dish is a mix of opposites: the bread can be a couple of days old, while the tomato, on the other hand, is ideally straight from the vine! Then your tomato bruschetta will taste better than in any Italian restaurant ;) It can be served warm or chilled.
